The project involves the redevelopment of an existing site that includes a restaurant, residential units, and a religious temple. The proposed design reconfigures these elements to optimize functionality, visibility, and community integration. The restaurant is relocated to the ground floor to ensure direct street-level access and visibility. Residential units are positioned above to provide separation from public activity while maintaining convenience and natural light access. The religious temple is strategically placed at the corner of the site to maximize exposure and allow for multiple points of entry. To enhance the sustainability aspect, a bike shop is introduced at the rear of the development to promote alternative transportation and reduce reliance on motor vehicles. Additionally, a public park is incorporated into the design, featuring a sequence of ascending planes that create a dynamic spatial experience and encourage passive recreation while contributing to green infrastructure.
